Stone Planning LLC and The Rooney Sports and Entertainment Group have been hired by the City of La Vista, Nebraska to help in the planning of a combination 5,000-seat outdoor amphitheater and 2,500-seat indoor club. Building off of the amphitheater feasibility study that we previously completed, we are now assisting the City in its negotiations with a private developer and quantifying financial implications to the City.
