Stone Planning has been hired by MV Ventures, developer of the 200-acre Viking Lakes in Eagan, MN, home of the Minnesota Vikings’ headquarters and training camp, the 7,500-seat TCO Stadium, a Vikings museum and team store, the 320-room Omni Viking Lakes hotel, office space, future residential development, and other amenities. Our work is focused on helping to identify options related to a new onsite restaurant and other activities that can be associated with a restaurant and its customers.
