Stone Planning has been hired by a franchise ownership group looking to develop and operate stadiums in multiple US markets that could potentially host professional rugby, lacrosse, soccer, and other sports and entertainment events. We are developing a comprehensive and flexible financial model that will quantify the results of multiple development and operational scenarios in multiple cities, including varying assumptions regarding number and type of teams (and whether they are owned or tenants), stadium usage levels, construction costs, and many other variables. The plan will be used by team ownership to solicit investment and public partnerships.
