Stone Planning has been hired by the City of Clarion, Iowa to help in the planning of new recreation facilities in the city, as part of its process to secure facility funding through the Vision Iowa program. The study will include an analysis of existing facilities available to residents, a market analysis that will include stakeholder and resident input as well as the operations of comparable facilities in the state, an analysis of potential site options, and a business plan that will include operating projections and economic impacts, job creation, and other local benefits.
